The underwater settings consist of granite rocks forming pinnacles and spurs, depressions, fissures and tafoni often covered with yellow cluster anemones and red gorgonians. Near the Variglioni of Isola dei Cavoli it is usual to meet shoals of Yellowmouth barracudas and to follow them in their search for food, also thanks to the great transparency of water. Near Secca di Cala Caterina it is possible to admire a wonderful submerged setting made of big granite landslides populated by peaceful groups of groupers and big-size sea breams.
