The itinerary leaves from the SP road leading to Raveo, near the bridge over Chiarzò in Esemon di Sopra (410m), crosses the mountain group dividing Chiarzò valley from Degano valley up to 570m of altitude; then it goes down to Raveo and runs along the right bank of Chiarzò returning to Esemon di Sopra. Near the itinerary, characterized by extremely various features and rich in different landscapes, you will find the ruins of ancient fortifications, a cave used during World War I, and archaeological sites. After about 1.5 km from the departure point, you will reach the pass under Cuel di Nuvolae; here the trail becomes flat and crosses a woodland dominated by downy oaks and common hornbeams. From the pass you can take an alternative itinerary following the uphill trail leading to the summit of Cuel di Nuvolae under a beech tree and hornbeam woodland, going beyond a series of hairpin bends, and touching a military building (gallery).
